I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were quiet. I had a queen room and it was a perfect size for1-2 people. They had a nice size fridge and a microwave in the room. They had a blow dryer and they also had conditioner which you don’t see very often. Usually it’s that conditioning shampoo lol the breakfast was very nice. They had make your own waffles they varied a little bit each of the three mornings I was there. One day they had sausage, gravy and biscuits and the next day they had bacon and then the last day they had sausage there was plenty the last morning there wasn’t much left, and I asked the gentleman at the front desk and he made more eggs and sausage for me. I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the treatment our team received during our recent stay at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Salisbury while attending the Governor’s Challenge. Our group had nine rooms booked for this event. We were informed in advance that the earliest possible check-in time would be 3:00 PM, which we understood to be standard. However, our rooms were not available until after 4:00 PM, which directly caused our team to be delayed in arriving at our scheduled game. Because of this delay, we requested a late checkout for the following day. We were initially told this would not be a problem and were advised to confirm with the front desk staff the next morning. The room was VERY compact. I have stayed in bigger rooms for less money. Room was clean. Curtains made me think "Brady Bunch." But I liked that era, so I was good with it.

Positive: Hotel Employee a front desk employee was the only hotel employee that was friendly. During her shift she acknowledged our presence by speaking to us. She was very nice. The other front desk employees were not nice they did not speak or acknowledge our presence. Negative: The temperature in the room

Rooms are not cleaned properly every time, ,Housekeeping does not mop or sweep floors during service. Bedding not changed just remade. Bathrooms not restocked properly besides towels and showers not cleaned. Sinks and toliets are barely wiped down and floors once again are not swept or mopped for entire stay. Housekeeping doesn't speak english so hard to express what you need. Only one person working desk at any time during day. No dressers in rooms for clothing or closets. Hotel does need upgrading in style especially for price they charge. Tiny trash cans in room big enough to hold a water bottle or two. Needs to be bigger. Bedding is sheet with comforter with another sheet over comforter. Not very professional for hotel. Beds need to be upgraded or replaced not most comfortable and you
