Budget Inn

We were driving for hours with nothing available with our four kids, we were contemplating sleeping in our car with absolutely no one having availability and our condo check in wasn’t until the next day. We drove down a few strips, everyone was booked. This place literally saved us from sleeping in our car. Before we brought the kids in we did a quick check around and to our surprise the motel was extremely clean in every aspect. I would recommend this motel.

Pleasantly surprised that a 60-70 era small motel had upgraded rooms of adequate size. Modernized bathroom, woodlook-vinyl floors, rather than dusty, dirty old carpeting, are easy to keep clean and sanitize. Beds were perfectly comfortable, if not luxurious. Refrigerator and microwave were new and clean. Good size desk, dresser and tall nightstand that doubled as a small luggage bench. Since each room is directly accessed from parking lot, no hallway noise and rooms were soundproof enough that there is no customer noise or road noise. Would I stay here again? Yes, compared to the prices of the national hotel chains in the area, that have comparable customer ratings, this is a good bargain.

Clean, cold A/C, very quiet, and comfortable. Something I liked the most was that the floors are hardwood. TV is nice size even though we didn’t watch it much. Smaller, but big enough for a pack n play to fit for the baby. This was a perfect room for a one night stay, when everything in OC is booked. The manager gave me a price over the phone a day prior and when we got here said that the rate increased due to high demand but he kept it at the rate we talked about on the phone. Happy with our stay.

I went in to get a room for a night. Whoever the lady was displaying poor and unprofessional Customer Service. I'm praying for you. That God deliver you from whatever was going on with you. I pray that you will be slow to anger and slow to speak. I was being very genuine with you and was telling you the truth and then for the so called Manager being the same way as you were was truly uncalled for. You both deserve each. I bless your establishment and pray God sends you an over flow of business. All I wanted was a place to lay my head after traveling hours. I was denied that. It's ok though because I upgraded and got a reservation where they keep the lights on for you. So thank you for upgrading me to an cleaner environment. My husband and I checked in about 8:30 at night and were able to negotiate a senior discount. The front desk manager was very friendly. We felt quite safe here because the rooms were in a U shape around a spacious center parking area and the office is at the open end. Everyone has to drive by the office to get in. The room was small but clean, quiet and had everything we needed (TV, WiFi, micro, refrigerator). No breakfast. Would recommend.
