Travelodge by Wyndham Motel of St Cloud

Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and clean. There are some electrical concerns. The outlet in the bathroom is so worn that nothing stayed plugged in and connect. A lamp switch had to be giggled to get the light to turn on. Breakfast is a "to go" bag. Price was good.

Positive: My thing has always been peace, quiet, and comfortability when staying at a hotel. It is never how modern or elegant the hotel is. Travel Lodge at Wyndham was very impressive with their conventional hotel style that provided a quaint stay. Negative: No side door access.

Absolutely under no circumstances would I stay here again or recommend it to anyone else. The room was tiny, fridge was on wood blocks. I was in room for a couple hours and was itchy. Thought it was just because skin was dry. I got up and there was bed bugs and a lot of them. My worse nightmare and was on business trip

Worst customer service. Blonde lady can't be nice and has the worst uncalled attitude. She basically kicked us out of the Hotel and didn't let us explain what other person told us. Hotel is great. Customer Service could be better. Out of here.

Absolutely Disgusting - Do Not Stay Here This Travelodge should be ashamed to call itself a hotel. The room was so small, smelly, and uncomfortable it felt like a dirty prison cell. The stench hit me the second I opened the door, like mold and chemicals mixed together, and it never left. The bed was a rock, the pillows were like folded paper towels, and I wouldn’t be surprised if the carpet hadn’t been cleaned in years. It was so bad I genuinely considered sleeping in my car instead. I left feeling dirtier than when I arrived. This place is not just a disappointment it’s a health hazard. Avoid this dump at all costs.
