Quality Inn St. Cloud West

The rooms are very spacious, the beds may not be your bed at home but they are absolutely some of the most comfortable I have ever slept on while traveling. The staff how amazing (yes there are a couple not so talkative ones) but they are very respectful and most are full of enlightened energy. Miss Rosie what an amazing women all the way around. She never asks for anything about always willing to help in any way she can. The location is up against a major traveled road so sleeping in a room twords the rear hallway is better if you have sleep issues. The pool is warm and the hot tub is amazing. Clean public bathrooms and commons areas. Overall one of the better places I have stayed for sure. I would highly recommend staying here and the price is in the correct range for most travelers. Bre

Stayed 7 nights. Housekeeping states will be done every 3 days. After my 4th night i asked front desk why it had not been done. Assured me it would be done following morning. Was not done until after 5th night. Also, I am in town for a four month project. Asked one of the managers if she could get me a quote for extended stay. Never heard back and checked out and staying at nearby hotel. Total disregard and zero appreciation for my business. You just lost a minimum $12k. Not a smart way to run your business. Its just a revolving door!

The hotel was clean and nice. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was nice and the lady who was working the eating area in the morning was also very friendly and nice. The pizza joint connected to the building is also a nice add on for a beer and convenient. Overall a very nice place and experience for our stay. Chuck

This place is horrible Front staff Rosie is one and the Sunday women called me the B word. Pool and hot tub is green dirty color with skin floating in it, couldn’t swim. Room 128 you can hear people moving around all night above you NO sleep. Room 129 smells of dog urine and feces and the staff thinks it’s funny to put clients there. Sunday 10/19/25 was the front desk staff who was very rude and called me the B word to staff in office. I was sick for 5 days from the ammonia in that room. The hall smelled of marijuana and other client’s complained to me because they had a conference to go to. The front desk staff should be fired, the two women involved. The other front desk and housekeeping staff were great. Clean ok halls. Continental breakfast ok. Don’t stay here unless you are under 21

Price was expensive for what it was. Staff were all very nice and friendly and the lobby was nicely decorated, but the room was uncomfortable and seemingly falling apart. The AC unit was falling off the wall and also positioned terribly (blowing directly on your face while sleeping no matter which bed you slept in) and the shower was missing the handrail. We got in and just wanted to lay and watch a bit of TV but alas there was no TV access without an extra charge. Pretty lame. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone road tripping or passing through.
