Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, St. Cloud West, MN

Several people during my stay at Country Inn & Suites, St. Cloud West, made my stay positive - but Becky made my stay special. I was there for regional meetings with my team and only for one night - Becky remembered my name, took time to make sure I was checked in timely and that my room was as I needed for the work I needed to accomplish. She was efficient friendly and kind - much appreciated when away from home, and my room (a suite, actually) was fantastic. Clean - absolutely spotless, spacious, and room to work and relax. Also appreciated the no questions asked request for extra coffee pods - thank you so much. Highly recommend!

The desk staff are always very accommodating and hospitable. This location is ideal for work, and while there are many other options, I find that this hotel is very consistent for all my work stays. I prefer to choose business with people who care. Here, they are always friendly and caring. The General Manager heard me out with an issue I was having with the water draining. it can be busy for a 3 floor hotel. But, there's no waiting for a long time. They get you checked in quick and make sure you're in the best room!

I took my girls for a night stay because we had an early appt. It was comfortable and clean. Heads up, the hot tub is not working. We had a rain shower faucet which was nice but did not offer great pressure. Everything else was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Maybe it was just me, but Google maps was not completely accurate with the location. It placed us down the road from the actual hotel.

We're delighted to see this location is now part of "Choice Hotels" loyalty program! Our recent stay couldn't have been more enjoyable. Gracious staff, large and comfortable rooms, handy location, and even a pretty good breakfast....and very good coffee. No hesitation staying here any time we're in the area.

The hotel room was dirty with dust and dirt layers, including the glass door to the bedroom. The bathroom had layers of dust, dirt and mold. The carpet was very dirty in all corners. The shower head was disconnected from the pipe and was spraying water all over the wall. The ironing board had stains all over it. When I checked out I let the front desk guy know, he said the system was down but that he would credit my account for the stay. They did not credit my account, fought my dispute and refuse to credit my stay. Do not stay here, it is gross.
