This place is an absolute failure of a hotel. Filthy, poorly maintained, and clearly mismanaged. The room felt neglected and unclean, with obvious signs that basic housekeeping and maintenance are not priorities here. Nothing about this stay met even the lowest expectations. Staff were dismissive and uninterested in fixing problems, which says everything about how this hotel is run. Noise, discomfort, and overall dysfunction made it impossible to rest. Staying here felt more like enduring a problem than enjoying a trip. Charging money for this level of quality is embarrassing. This hotel should not be operating in its current condition. There are countless better options—do not waste your time or money here. Poorly supports the local community

I had made a reservation for the wrong night and was easily able to modify it to the following night, a Tuesday. The hotel staff was very accommodating about that and quickly sent me a revised reservation. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was updated and very clean. I had a little trouble with the toilet paper holder and discovered it was broken. I had not asked for a handicap accessible room, and found that the toilet was a bit low. The staff member handling breakfast on 10/1/25 was absolutely wonderful! She’s friendly and stays on top of providing whatever a guest needs. Very happy with our stay!

Check in was efficient. All the staff were pleasant, kind, and professional. Room was clean. Breakfast was great.

The bathroom was quite dirty, with hair on the floor and in need of a deep cleaning. We were also only provided one bath towel for three guests. I went down to the reception desk to grab a couple more towels. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and kept cutting in and out, which would make remote work impossible. When I tried to call the front desk, the room phone didn’t work. I walked down to ask for help, but the staff member said there was nothing he could do to reset the modem. The elevator made a very loud, unsettling noise, so we chose to take the stairs instead. I had also canceled my second room reservation for Saturday, but I was charged twice. Overall the stay was ok, the staff were friendly and helpful. The issue that we had was that the bathroom was not very clean. There was dirt and hair on the floor, the counter was not clean, and there was hair in the tub. I did see reports of this on the reviews but also saw that management said they were going to address these issues in response to the reviews. Apparently this is on ongoing issue that is not being addressed. The cleaning staff is not being properly trained, the management does not care about the cleanliness of the guest rooms, or there is not enough cleaning staff to do a proper job.
