Travelodge by Wyndham Jersey City

Room was yuck and smelled stale. Bed was hard as a rock with 2 measly pillows. Furniture was broken and old. Bathtub was nasty, couldn’t even shower. WiFi and internet did not work. Staff were very rude. Didn’t even bother staying my full booking, immediately checked out when the sun came up. Please don’t bother staying here. I understand motels aren’t luxury but save your money and stay somewhere else

Rating this motel 1 star is extending a lot of grace because it deserves much lower ratings. I did not bother staying my entire stay, literally checked in to check out a few hours later. The staff was unprofessional and unkind. The room was deplorable for any human being to stay in, regardless of their situation. The tv and internet did not work and when I inquired about it with the staff, they didn’t even care because it seems as though that’s just the norm. The photos they’re posting must’ve been when the motel first opened, because yeah NO.

Unfortunately I've stayed at several of the hotels that accept vouchers from Hudson County Family services, and they're all similar, in a bad way. In this case: a dysfunctional air conditioner that turns off at conspicuous times, a room phone that won't connect specific #s (including HCFS), wifi that doesn't allow Internet service until, coincidentally, the minute you step out of the office after asking (only to disconnect again later).. Housekeeping knocks on your door at random times and disappears. People sit idling in their cars, and stare as you leave your room. Just really creepy vibes, and again, somewhere I would never patronize were I not in a situation where I had no other choice.

please do not come here this place is dirty some of the workers here are rude room 147 is disgusting there is poop weird stains in pillows covers small little mice’s atm doesn’t work my eyes had a allergic reaction when from sleeping on the beds they do not care ac is not working right it blows air randomly it was very cold when I got here they didn’t even change nothing they left it as it was one of workers said they would clean out our room but they never did they said they don’t do that and that we just give them the covers towels .

Very bad place full of Cockroaches and small mice ,rude front desk,no house keeping at all Old furniture and poor condition,paint is moldy
