The Holland Hotel

A middle-of-the-road experience overall. Both the rooms and the service were exactly what you'd expect for a 3-star stay—adequate and consistent. However, the location was a bit further out than I would have liked (2 stars). It works well if you just need a reliable place to crash and don't mind a bit of travel.

I really enjoyed my stay at Holland Hotel. 10-15 min walk to the nearest Path Train. Comfy beds. Also, very easy to get ahold of front desk, always willing to help and kept it professional. I accidentally left a camera behind and they were kind enough take time out of their day to ship the item to me. It was the cherry on top.

Clean and comfortable. Not much curb appeal. Free parking in a well lit lot. Good value! Has a free breakfast. Located near the end of the Holland Tunnel. We stayed here on a drive from New England to Virginia. Lots of folks seem to stay here when visiting Manhattan.

Positive: Proximity to Path station and parking included in the stay price, not an additional fee tacked on. Negative: Not that I didn't like it, but I wish there were more breakfast options. Even some waffles maybe.

First of all, the manager and the ladies who work there were very friendly and accommodating. They held our bags on our last day so we get in some last minute exploring! Thank you so much for that 💕 The hotel on the inside is nice enough, pretty brown carpet and clean walls. A little narrow so it can be a little difficult to pass up the housekeeping carts and other lodgers. We came during construction so we didn’t really get to experience breakfast much and the ice machines weren’t available. The manager showed us some pre-packed bags of ice in a room close to the office, which was convenient. I do want to state why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 however. Whoever the dark haired guy wearing glasses who works on the night shift … your demeanor is trash, buddy. We came in after a long night
