The Westin Jersey City Newport

Man where to start? Well this hotel is fully renovated, smells fresh & offers nice views of lower manhattan & downtown jc. I’m a repeat guest, there’s a reason for that! I’ve never experienced such a passionate and friendly hotel experience, it’s almost like a home away from home. There’s an Italian girl I promised her a review 🥀, but I forgot to ask her name, she works at front desk. MRS. JUSTINEEEEE is a highlight as well, as always. I always feel happy when she checks me in, makes me feel at home. The whole front desk team has great judgement and knows what I preferred at this point and gives me the best available option, I trust the team.

Positive: The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very efficient and the woman upgraded us to a suite without asking which was very nice and the room was beautiful. Negative: Not really, it was a nice stay.

Our wedding in Jersey City was unfortunately cancelled due to the blizzard this past weekend, but The Westin Jersey City took incredible care of us and our guests throughout the entire stay. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable. We stayed in a king suite with amazing floor-to-ceiling views — one of the main reasons we chose this hotel — and it did not disappoint. Everything felt clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up. Valet parking was seamless and especially appreciated given the storm conditions. Despite the snow, everything felt organized and easy. Since we were essentially snowed in, we experienced the hotel’s dining more than expected — and it was outstanding. We had a wonderful stay at The Westin Jersey City Newport. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the atmosphere is calm and inviting, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable — we had such a restful night’s sleep. We especially enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi area, which was clean, relaxing, and the perfect way to unwind. Patrick and Ben were outstanding and truly elevated our experience with their thoughtful hospitality. I also want to recognize Jesus at the front desk, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. His warmth set the tone for our entire stay. We left feeling refreshed and sincerely appreciative. It was a lovely experience, and we look forward to returning.
