Holland Hotel Free Parking Jersey City

This review is to say thank you for how they have handled our situation. We have booked a last minute room via booking.com and we needed to cancel last minute for change of plan. Despite having a 170 bucks cancelation fee, they were generous enough to cancel it free of charge. I will definitely visit them next time I'm in the city. Thank you.

The Holland Hotel is perfectly located at the mouth of the Holland Tunnel, which is probably why it is so expensive for a place that is aged, has no elevator and offers a small continental breakfast as a selling point. The parking was nice and convenient for coming and going, although the traffic around the hotel never really stops because of the tunnel. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. No bed bugs. As mentioned, it is an older facility so that is what the room showed. We booked for one night for a place to lay our head before a cruise. It was a convenient place to sleep, shower and leave. I have an issue going up and down stairs so the only serious negative was no elevator and all the rooms on the main floor were already booked/taken. But choosing a room in the lower level s

We stayed in this hotel the night before our cruise out of Bayonne. It was not obvious when booking (We used hotels.com) that the hotel would be currently under heavy construction and that no breakfast would be offered during our stay. We also had the credit card we used to book the room put on a hold right before our trip and planned to switch to a new card upon check in. I have never had a hotel try to authorize a credit card the day of arrival. This usually happens at the time of booking, so I didnt think it would be a problem to update the card at check in. The hotel ended up canceling our room and giving it to another guest about 6 pm. No one called us, but I did find an email was sent earlier in the day which stated we needed to update our card on file before 7pm or the room woul

I was recommended this hotel by 2 long time friends that would normally choose this hotel whenever they travel to NYC, and decided to try this hotel for a romantic Valentine’s Day getaway. It was a good hotel to stay in the NY area, and was fairly priced and hopefully doesn’t overcharge more, like the case of everywhere else in NY. Great place to stay, hope to one day be back
