DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Jersey City

There was a lady I spoke with on the phone before I booked because I had questions (I wish I remembered her name to put it on here, but don’t remember it) who was so nice. After speaking with her, that’s actually a big reason why I booked, because of how nice she was. After booking, I had some updates I needed for my booking and got the pleasure of speaking with Kale. After speaking with him, that was genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had in any capacity. He was so kind and went above and beyond in helping us for our upcoming trip. I definitely wanted to make sure it didn’t go unnoticed and hope one of his bosses sees this review and it makes a difference for him. Seriously, in all my life as a consumer, one of the most pleasant and positive interactions ever

I love this hotel. It’s a great location with easy access to NYC and downtown Jersey City. The beds are super comfy. The best aspect is the customer service. I was attended by Mildred OZORIA at the front desk and she is just so warm and welcoming. Mildred goes the extra mile to make your stay memorable. She truly has the patience and personality to work in hospitality. Thank you Mildred!

Would definitely recommend this hotel for it's convenient location, within 5 mins walk of Newport Path station and nice neighbourhood. Easy to get to and from Manhattan without the price tag of more central hotels. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious and perfect for a family stay with children. All the staff were friendly and helpful and it was nice to come back to a refreshed, clean and tidy room after a long day of sightseeing.

We had a great stay at the DoubleTree. We were in town for a Broadway show. This hotel is a quick walk to the Path train and a transfer to the subway uptown. The room was a hotel room, comfortable beds, what you’d expect. But the staff was exceptional. Kale welcomed us Friday night, and remembered my name Saturday night. He was kind and made us feel important. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and will look to stay here again next time we’re going to the city!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere made for a very enjoyable experience. I especially want to recognise Latoya, who was absolutely outstanding. She was extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely caring throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, she went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of and that I felt welcome. Her attention to detail and positive attitude truly made a difference and elevated the entire experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be staying here again.
