Travelodge by Wyndham Hershey

Really nice staff. The lady who checked me in and checked me out was very nice. The room was clean, but the heater made noises which made it sound like someone was trying to get in, and the sound proofing wasn't great. I could hear everything car and person go by. Other then that I did enjoy my stay and would go back again. Pool closed for winter

I just needed a parking spot and a cheap room for the night as I passed through Hershey, but I left with my expectations well and truly exceeded — I say this was a five star experience for a motel because there was nothing I could fault. The room was really clean, it was quite big, the air-con worked perfectly, lots of TV channels (I’m au fait with NBC’s fall lineup now!) and the shower felt great. What more can you ask for?||I got in quite late in the evening after going to the Amish Village in Lancaster, and the lady at the check-in desk was very nice and got me booked in quickly. The next morning there was a little paper-bag breakfast waiting for me (a small bun, banana and a chocolate bar) which I thought was so nice; there’s hotels that cost 3x as much that don’t even do something lik

Positive: Location to Hershey. Price and staff were very nice. Negative: There was a dead bug on the wall ( room seemed clean other then that) . Looked like a baby roach. The pillows were the worst.

Service at the reception desk is outstanding - could not get better even at 5 stars hotel. We came on October 10, 2025 to spend the night. It turned out that the reservation was for a different date ( our mistake ) . The lady working there at 9 pm was very accommodating and advised us what to do. ( I forgot her name ) Then I called on October 28 and spoke with MINA. She informed me that the hotel did not charge our credit card and that I should call " booking.com" . She provided me with their phone number. After calling booking.com they contacted the hotel to verify whether they agree to wave the cancellation fee and they did it - on the same day. Came down here for a wedding. Super reasonably priced. The front desk woman was the sweetest and took care of us when we had a complaint about the bathroom. She ensured it was corrected ASAP.
