The Hotel Hershey

They charge five star prices, but provide three star accommodations. I was called in advance by their staff and told my elderly mother and I would have connecting rooms, but we had separate villas far apart. The fireplace in the room was nice, but that was the only “luxury” amenity offered. Buyer beware: the villas are far removed from the rest of the amenities and primary hotel, you’ll need a car to reach their ramshackle expansion area which they’ve clearly spent bottom dollar to accommodate additional “luxury travelers.” I’d much rather have spent the money on an airbnb or real luxury hotel in Harrisburg.

I stayed here last night as a Christmas present and this hotel was amazing. I was impressed with the locker room and the equipment and everything that this hotel had but I learned not to go to the arcade when I was there because I got scammed. I paid $5 for 20 sweet points, and it’s ate my money and gave me a card that didn’t work and then I just turned around and went back to my room. The pool was nice. The indoor pool was closed the day I checked in but the Hot Tub was open, but was open the day after because something was wrong with the heating system, but they got it fixed. I give this place a 10 out of 10 I will definitely stay here again. I also was impressed with the restaurant. I was impressed that the hotel had showers in the fitness room and it was really handy so I could shower

The spa itself is beautiful and clearly staffed by talented professionals who take pride in their work and in providing a high level of service. However, during my visit I couldn’t help but notice interactions between leadership and staff that felt uncomfortable to witness. At times the way employees were spoken to came across as dismissive and belittling. The tone suggested that staff were being treated as though they were far below management rather than as respected professionals. It was surprising to observe this in a place that otherwise presents such a polished and welcoming atmosphere. The employees themselves remained professional and attentive despite this, which speaks highly of their dedication. Still, the way staff are treated behind the scenes can affect the overall environm

My experience at the hotel Hershey was excellent. The property grounds are beautiful,the inside of the hotel is gorgeous,the Christmas tree, the poinsettia,all the Christmas decorations were lovely. The rooms are spacious,very clean,the bed super comfy( I really enjoyed sleeping on that bed) 😁 . The robes and the sleepers provided made our stay even comfier. We also enjoyed the espresso coffee machine in our room.

Ate at Hotel Hershey for a special occasion (because who eats here on a regular worknight???) But it was truly lovely. The food was delicious, service fantastic. I expected the prices, so no shock there. I guess the only thing I would say is the portions aren't very big. So an appetizer or something else is definitely needed qith the entree. That being said they make entire birthday cakes there and they are amazingly good! So I of course would recommend this historical and beautiful restaurant, but keep the portions in mind.
