Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Hershey Chocolate Avenue

We are here for work so not particularly concerned with a location that matters to other folks. The interior is somewhat dated but nothing different than the rest of Hershey has to offer. A strong vote of confidence for the Fairfield: though the room decor is dated everything is well maintained and clean. Breakfast is free, coffee is decent. Plenty of parking. This is all you can ask for. Good job Fairfield!

Overall good hardware but service is seriously lacking. The place is clean and good location. Room is small but comfortable. The service staff is doing absolutely minimum especially front desk night shift. Breakfast is okay. House keeping is below average. It would not be my first choice of hotels in this area.

Ideally located near Hershey Park, but our stay had several issues. First, we were placed in an accessible room (no idea why) very close to the elevators, despite my profile - as a Lifetime Platinum member - clearly requesting a room away from the elevator. The room itself was clean and tidy, but the bed was disappointing, with poor support that prevented us from getting a good night’s rest.||Additionally, the hotel hosted a large gathering of more than 80 people who fully occupied the lobby for a family event, with children running around unchecked. While it was heartwarming to see such a large group together, the hotel should have notified other guests in advance. The event made it impossible for us to enjoy any of the hotel’s amenities outside of our room.

Positive: The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the suites were clean and spacious. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood but very close to Hershey Park. Negative: Only one thing that inconvenienced us was that housekeeping took what little toilet paper we had left on the rolls when they serviced our room and forgot to replace them! Let’s just say that I realized it at the most vulnerable moment.…

This hotel has amazing leaders. This hotel was clean. They were very responsive. They were very helpful and Mia’s an ambassador they treated me like Gold???. I would tell you if you want a great stay stay at this hotel you’ll really enjoy yourself..
