Travelodge by Wyndham Fairplex Pomona

I was trying to cancel the room due to a family emergency. I asked for the manager and was told that no one is allowed to speak to the manager. I was sent back and forth trying to figure out how to cancel and after calling over and over for days, they agreed to a partial refund. The hassle I had to go through made me wish I never booked here in the first place. I can only imagine what would’ve happened if I did show up and needed help. Why wouldn’t I be able to talk to a manager? Definitely not worth it.

Jay at the front desk was very courteous and very helpful. My first time staying here and I was very impressed with how clean the room and bathroom are. I will definitely come back every time I'm in town. The also have very reasonable prices for their rooms.

Nice hotel but just not many stores around it.. are room was nice and clean and everything works perfect. The only issue is there is not many stores around the hotel but has easy access to freeway.

PICTURES ARE DECEIVING!!! The moment we walked into the room we notice stains EVERYWHERE. The walls, the curtains, the bed frame, the TV remote. It honestly looks like bodily fluid and I hope I’m wrong. On the counter there’s a burn mark. Super concerning. The AC unit was so disgusting and caked with dust and grime. Immediately went downstairs to request a refund to only receive half of our planned stay. So disappointed and will never be back.

Don't recommend trust it looks okay from outside and pictures it looks remodeled BUT NOT CLEAN !!! my bed cover was dirty the side table next to the bed wasnt clean it was stinky. the wall looked like it had makeup as well as the shampoo bottle in the shower .We didn't have towels call for some they looked okay until you I open both towels they had hair balls on them very gross never staying here again!!
