Garey Motel Pomona

This motel was close to downtown Pomona and we were seeing a show at the Fox Theater. It was a good choice, the owner is very nice, the room was clean, no coffee but Starbucks across the street. A loud party nearby but it ended at 10pm and we slept well. We (2 women) felt safe walking 10 minutes to the downtown area when it was light out and then took an uber for less than $10 back after the show.

Positive: The price Negative: I stayed there for 4 nights, they never came to clean or change the trash. My son and husband came to drop me off and helped to take my bags to the room. The manger was angry because they helped and that we were more than two in the room.

Bathroom/shower, mini fridge, microwave, and A/C were great. Towels and bedsheets could definitely use changing and floors were filthy. So close to being a great place just needs a few changes in terms of cleanliness.

I love coming to this place whenever I need somewhere to stay before going into work. The staff is always really nice and super accommodating. Very affordable and the rooms are always ready when it's time to check in.|Rooms are wood floors and have been updated. Fridge and microwave always work.

Don't waste your money here! Horrible experience! The guys that work at the front desk are Horrible! They pretend that they don't speak English, anyway I came to a funeral and my family lives a block from this hotel, so every time one of my relatives were coming to look for me they will call me and embarrassed me, they threatened me to call the police just. This people are evil
