Hilton Garden Inn Pomona

I came out for my Birthday 🎂 with my daughter. We have enjoyed our stay so far Brandi the GM is a wonderful llady. She was doing it all yesterday the 19th she had 6 call off running the desk restaurant doing it all with a smile she looked a little rushed over all we have had a great time |When we first got to our room we had a dirty wash cloth they offered to change our room but I just asked off they just come get it. Our c shower isn’t working right I just reported it I’m sure maintenance will be able to fix it thanks for a great stay so far

Stayed for 5 days while in town for a client. I can say for 100% certainty this place gave me a chest rash. I have NEVER had a rash in my life until I stayed here. First room they gave me was not clean. There were no linens on the bed. It was like they started cleaning but never finished. Second room appeared clean at face value, but it was absolutely filthy. Makeup smeers on the counters. Hair in the bathtub. It’s like they hired someone’s teenage brother to do the cleaning. Very poor quality. Little attention to detail. Also, I was told this location only does housekeeping every other day, however , no one came to my room until day 4.

Positive: "" Negative: We stayed for one night for an event! There was only hot water in the shower and maintenance would not come till the next day after we checked out! No other rooms available! Not what I expected from the Hilton Brand!

I like this hotel at surface level. Just know that you'll have a $150 incidental hold placed on your card. My room was missing body wash. The water bottles were also $3 a piece. Don't put bottled water in the room if it's not complimentary; that should be a given. Nice enough room otherwise.

The hotel was great. Very accommodating for our large group of sports kids and families. The lobby is huge and nice to hang out in. The front desk staff were all so so nice and helpful. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The beds could use some upgrades. They were real squishy. The pillows were lumpy and the sheets were scratchy. Our king room was missing a table and chair- I verified that they were supposed to be in each room, so someone brought them right up to us, which I much appreciated. Housekeeping comes every other day unless you ask them to come sooner. I will say there was a ton of weed being smoked inside the hotel. If cigarette smoking is not allowed, pot shouldn't be either. Smelled like a dead skunk.
