Royla Motel Pomona

Friends stayed one night only and the Rooms were filthy filled with cockroaches and the desk clerk was not accommodating. The bed blanket was really dirty. They arrived at 4 pm and the price was $80 but were charged $100.00. the check out was 10am they asked for a a noon checkout and was told to pay an additional $20 to checkout at noon. do not recommend this place.

This place is the worst roach infested joke of a hotel I've ever came across. I cannot believe the health department has not investigated the reviews here for the terrible health hazards that go on here. Charged 100$ for one night. Owner/Manager was rude after being paid, only response was pointing and responding "you go" to every question asked. There were bunches of roaches crawling out of the hole in the wall where the TV mount was located almost all night, nothing stopped them, bug spray etc. Staff refused to provide anything accept one towel per room, no shampoo, no soap. Room was so dirty that after walking from restroom with shoes off my feet made dirt footprints on the stained bedsheets. The manager tried to force us out at 9:30 claiming it was "room cleaning time". Then he stated

Stayed here for 3 nights over a w/end while attending a Nhra event..this motel is a small unit with 12 rooms and limited parking.You converse with the management thru bullet proof glass 24 hrs, which you'll need to do so as to replenish towels as there is no room cleaning,The rooms are actually in good condition decor wise and have flat screen tv's,attractive wash basins and shower/toilet room.Minimal furniture marred by cigarette burns and oddly nowhere to store/hang clothing! I used the place as it was the cheapest in the area and very close to where I needed to be,I suppose I'd use it again at a pinch for short stays.It's location on Holt Blvd isn't the best area as it's frequented by homeless and ladies of the night..

This is one of worst motel . The room smelled like garbage and cigarettes. The wall was tagged on with writing. Tried to charge me a 200 dollar deposit fee . They were also unwilling to offer a refund . I was only there 5 minutes and left . Don’t ever book a room here

There is a church across the street, a great taco place just there too. I didnt expect much for what we paid, but I didn't expect to see NUMEROUS cockroaches in our room. It smelled. It was dirty, the floor was so gritty it stained the socks I was using to not touch the floor. Only one towel (which was stained) when I asked for another towel as there were two of us, the clerk said no, we only get one towel. Then at 6:30 am he bangs on the door to give us another towel! Startling us awake. I am a truckers kid, I have stayed in some bad places, but this was the worst place and the worst service I have ever seen from a motel in 50 years of travelling.
