I would have loved to give five stars all across! The location is perfect. I stayed here for quite some time and was able to extend my stay a little bit longer. I still think it's overpriced, considering that the swimming pool isn't working. But overall, I didn't have a bad experience with the manager. He was very nice. However, recently, something happened that I do not tolerate: anyone stealing from me! At my checkout last week, I forgot my AirPods—mind you, they're very expensive! I am not made of money to be purchasing new ones, especially in this type of economy that we're dealing with nowadays! The housekeeper, Lola, was the last one who cleaned the room I was staying in. Booked this for my partner over Priceline- when he showed up to check in, front desk clerk demanded a $100 deposit on top of what had already been paid and denied a refund. This was not explicitly stated anywhere before booking (we did know there was no refund, that was explicit, but there was nothing stated about the deposit). Also supposed free wifi did not work at all Room was fine, the customer service was rude and the listed price online was a scam

Positive: close to food, cheap and downtown. you get what you paid for unfortunately Negative: the top safety lock of the room door was broken, broken glass outside room, room floor had some kind of mashed berry or possibly blood in multiple theologies places, toilet paper had been previously used, sessions on mattress and more.

Be aware! You may sleep on a bed with yellow stains on the mattress cover and brown/ yellow pillows. Unfortunately I did not discover this gross situation until the next day. What an unfortunate experience.

Positive: The room was spacious and clean Negative: Absolutely ready to go to small claims court because they charged me a $100 deposit twice and only refunded one of them in addition to charging me $11 for I don't know what.
