Days Inn by Wyndham Concord

There’s a lot of delicious places to eat around this hotel! The couple that run it are extremely accommodating and kind! The hotel room itself was Beautiful! We slept under a large mural of air balloons and a rainbow. The bed was so comfortable, we didn’t want to leave it. 10/10’

When I made the reservation on hotels.com they advertise that they had a pool and spa. Upon arrival, I was informed that they have no pool and that the spa was broken. They were very rude to me when I asked if I can cancel my room because I depended on that with this reservation I was told no and I can only get a room with a tub in it for more money. I did not stay and they would not refund my money. However, when I called hotels.com they ended up giving me a refund. Do not stay here they're cheap and they cut corners, not worth your time and money.

Positive: The couple who own the hotel are incredibly sweet, so welcoming and super nice. The bed was absolute heaven, I really wanted to stay longer Negative: Not a thing

This was worst place I've ever stayed in. There was a terrible odor embedded in the room bed and sheets. Service was pretty friendly and inviting but site sent me a pre-checking link bit had to fill up same documents when checking in and they only issued one card key. The location is somewhat wierd. It stands next to a apartment complex where children reside. Now with customers exiting the hotel facilities you must drive through this apartment complex driveway. Feel this is unsafe.

The sheets were stained there was hair on them and the drawers were very gross. I had also found snot on the sheets. The price was not worth it I might be high class but that was not good hotel at all. The hot tub was also broken to there was nothing to do in this hotel
