Motel 6 Concord, CA

terrible service! rooms are never clean. every time I stayed here the towels are always dirty with other people hair in them. I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME. why do I have to check towels before using them to wash my face or to even shower?? front desk staff definitely rude as hell. it was a male that refused me service because I was simply asking him a question if I have dirty towels can I come let you know and exchange them. he got a attitude and told me that I can't get the room because I was talking bad about the property... he then proceeded to all of a sudden lock the front door and as I ring the night window door bell he refused to open the window and talk to me. that is the worst service ever. do not come here ever unless you ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO. Terrible service and please check your tow

I was very pleasantly surprised how clean and updated the interior of the room was! The tile and new countertop in the bathroom were nice, the carpet looked new and clean, and the air conditioner worked very well and was quiet, and I didn't hear any noise outside.||||I thought the price for a Motel 6 was a little high, the TV was a little old and the ice machine didn't work very well, but everything else was great!

Having to be relocated this is the first place stationed. David the manager very professional caring in your needs. House keeping is top notch polite and caring to your needs. Was temp relocated to another property of the chain. Needless to say not the same. Was given the chance to stay or go back to Concord. Hands down back to Concord. Again very pleased with the Concord property. Definitely recomend this property with David and staff.

This is were doctor's office sent us and it was awesome

Gave me a room which they knew had a non functioning refrigerator. When I requested another room, that refrigerator was iced over and not functioning properly either. Morning desk duty person was rude and dismissive. Told me could not guarantee another room and to check after 3:00pm. After 3:00pm new person on desk who had no idea what i was talking about. Supposed to stay for 7 nights, left after 1. Well earned 2 stars rating
