Studio 6 Concord, CA

I particularly like this location because it is very close to highway 680 and the room have kitchens in them and balconies on the upper floors which is nice if you're a smoker.

Thursday afternoon August 8th. I checked into the hotel for the last minute due to my condo is currently now under construction due to the leak in my unit. The front desk staff it's okay it was just kind of a little bit of miscommunication I said for one night only when he accidentally charge for two nights on my credit card however he fix it and dispute back to my credit for only one night it took a little longer to check in. My room was not too far from the lobby it was just around the corner.. The room is very spacious it's very much like having your little apartment except there's no washer and dryer in the hotel room so you just need to go down the hall for a washer and dryer. I don't expect much from motel 6. I expect a clean room and a comfortable bed for a reasonable price. I expect no extra goodies. While the floor appeared clean, my feet were black after walking on it for a few hours. I mentioned to 3 different people and no action was taken. The bed was very hard and moved on the platform it sat on. The room included a kitchen that was well equipped. There was dish washing soap but nothing else to complete the washing of the dishes. I asked for another dish towel and none were available. The maid stated she would bring one later, that never happened. The coffee is so horrible, don't even bother. Since I was staying numerous days I purchased filters and ground coffee. If I was to stay at a motel 6 again I would bring my own filters and coffee. Th

Average nice enough staff who were helpful with some issues. Windows were very thin and could here most things going on outside. That said beds were comfy. Place looks a bit shotty with holes in bedsheets, dodgy paint etc. Spacious room

The male Indian front desk attendant was very disrespectful towards customers and rude. Instead of explaining what the problem was he said to figure it out. Once our reservation was confirmed he tried apologizing sarcastically. Never staying at this establishment nor will I recommend anyone respectable stays here unless disrespect and poor service is your cup of tea.
