Premier Inns Concord

Roach infested all rooms up the stairs there was a chili's parking lot adjacent. No amenities and it was noisey. Price was good but I was afraid to have food in the room. Cockroaches were pretty bold. Smoking room so I touched them with my lighter... still gross and my 1st and last stay. Left a day early and wasted my money.

Positive: The person that checked us in was very nice, although from behind thick glass. Negative: Non-smoking room smelled like smoke to the point that it was hard to sleep. The chairs were badly stained, slightly torn, to the point of not wanting to sit on them. Bathroom sink had no hot water. Outside carpet was disintegrated in many parts.

I didn't think things could get worse after surviving the incompetent front desk staff, boy was I wrong. Going up the stairs to my room there was a distinct aroma of cat urine, along with the cat hairs on the landing, leading to the room. The room was dirty, dirty carpets, dirty fingerprints all over entry door as well as the bathroom door. Refrigerator did not work. Duct tape on the wall of the shower, stains on all of the towels, duct tape on the TV remote, remote not working, toilet not flushing, this was the most absolutely disgusting place I've ever seen. PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS AT YOUR OWN PERIL!!

The room was a disaster. Ketchup on the ceiling and walls. You could see other spots where a liquid had run down the walls. No electric outlet near the bed. No coffee maker. No clock. Base boards missing, cabinets chewed up by dogs. I dont smoke and got a smoking room that smelled like its been cigarette hotboxed for the last 5 years. Other guests were a bit scary, one screaming obscenity for a couple hours. The image on the advertising showed lights and a courtyard, of some other nice hotel that has nothing to do with this hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Room was dirty. lighting was horrible. refrigerator was not even one. service was horrible. hotel manager watching you as if he was following you around a convenience store. didn't even stay the night (or even 10 minutes) in room and it was still worth it to leave and lose one night's charge.
