Travelodge by Wyndham Beckley

Thank god I booked the wrong date (didn’t realize until I was trying to check in). Snowing, stoped by the side of the road to book a hotel online. Looked good on the internet so booked it and got there 5 minutes later. Pulled up and people outside smoking it up at the check in. Lots of sketchy people milling about. Most were really nice but didn’t want to take a chance on the others. Outside looking at the hotel I decided to get there heck out of there. Looking at other reviews glad I did. Went across the street to the Marriot. Booking and Travelodge gave me a refund so it was more of adventure. Glad I didn’t stay though.

Absolutely disgusting. When we first walked in the heat was cranked to 85 and was so hot we had to keep our door open for some time, as well a used cup with water in it laying out still. The pillows had stains and burn holes in them, there was hair on the lights, the one light worked then in the morning no lights worked , the bathroom tub was stained, the water smelled and has a brown tint to it. Not in the room I stayed in but my family members room there were bed bugs. Everything was dirty and the pictures online look nothing like the rooms. Probably could go on and on but was beyond terrible and I do not recommend staying here. We paid 100$ a night what a rip off.

Stay date : Nov 24/25. (One night). Heading south needed a cheap spot for one night. Centrally located off the interstate, among many restaurants, gas stations and stores. A good room for $60. Yes, dated and worn, but clean & it worked for me. Check in was easy, felt secure and got on my way in the morning. If they renovate, you won’t get the $60 rate, so it serves its purpose.

Worse place ever to stay, checked in at 4am, went into the room pulled sheets back, totally nasty where the room hadn't been cleaned. Then moved to another only for the door to not lock, or shut. Refused to give money back for what short time on that room, knew it didn't lock. This place needs to come and be tore down. Ask for cooperatenumber to call amd report it, thought they were cute and gave us front desk again. Rude rude people. I would give them no stars if possible

Positive: I'm not sure I can pick anything. Negative: I was very unsatisfied about it all. The man checking me in seemed very unprofessional, my entry for had been kicked in at some point because it did not latch, the bathroom door was swelled and almost didn't open and the parking was not very well lit.
