SMART EXTENDED STAY

I was very hopeful for this place but it fell short. Price was decent and service was decent. First room, the toilet was broken. Staff was kind enough to switch us rooms, however the second room looked like it was never cleaned. Dirt, hair, and mud in the bathroom. They did try to help but second room was dirty. Bed was very comfy though.

Stayed one night at Rodeway in January. Our room was pretty beat up and in need of an update. Sink had rust stains; the heating unit didn't work properly - no matter what temperature we set, it seemed to put out the same amount of heat which made the room uncomfortably hot, so much so that I had to shut it off for the night. Plus, we couldn't set a fan speed. The fan ran on high constantly. The vents of the unit were really dirty and thick with dust. The TV reception was awful. Could barely watch a program - it was blurry and dark. Beds were comfortable enough. . The saving grace was the breakfast which had waffles, sausages, pork patties, scrambled eggs, toast, cereals, - all in all a nice array of items which are complimentary. The room rates are very low, so I guess you get what

For the prices that they're asking this place is really quite reasonable. As an ex property manager there's nothing wrong here that the over inflated expectations of guests being adjusted to reality cant remedy. To be honest the room wasn't cleaned spotlessly, there wasnt a mattress topper, ventilation is poor at best...but Im paying $50 a day. What do you expect? Frankly I expected worse and was happy with what I got. I stayed three weeks while i waited for my house purchase to close.

Positive: Nice room and clean Negative: Could hear other guest banging, and they do not supply more than one roll of toilet paper

We made a reservation with a young lady over the phone. But when we got there they had no record of it. Nor did they have a rollaway bed to put in the one room they had left. The gentleman at the counter told us he was the only one there and couldn't get us an extra bed
