Quality Inn Beckley

Rooms are big and no weird smells. Staff up front super friendly. Bedding and towels looked very clean so to me that is number one. The bathroom wasn’t super clean. Kinda gross but we just stayed to sleep and then leave so it was doable. Everything is very dusty so i don’t think housekeeping goes far beyond what they have to do. Beds are very comfortable. Hotel is very quiet. So I’d give it 3.5 stars. The chair in the room was very stained and concerning lol but again for a roadside motel it was good enough. I booked on Priceline for half the normal price. It i would’ve paid the full rate of $130 i would have been less happy for the condition. But at $75 a night, totally worth it.

Would definitely stop there again on my travels. Very friendly staff and the hotel was decorated nicely for Christmas. Spacious rooms, quiet hotel, free breakfast was like most other budget hotels. Older hotel but very clean and well maintained.

The room was fine. We didn't realize until the morning there was a patio (nice surprise). Only complaint was the bathtub drain was super loud when I guess someone above or beside us was showering. We just closed the drain and the bathroom door and could sleep then. We were in room 224. Personnel when we arrived was very nice. Breakfast delicious. Thank you.

This place is not worth the price. Checked in pretty late (around 10 pm) and had the impression this was a normal cheap hotel. Staff was super friendly, swift check in, and the front desk lady even gave us some helpful directions to park at the 2nd entrance so we could be closer to our room. The hallways reeked of marujiana!! When we got into our room, it again seemed mostly normal. Room seemed relatively clean, older furniture, and there was no evidence of any bugs what so ever. Upon scanning the walls, carpets, and furniture with a blacklight, they were all heavily stained! But all the of linens (the bedding and towels) were clean and there was not even loose hairs on them. Rooms were clean. Bug FREE. Bathroom was good. The staff was friendly, even the manager was out walking the halls and greeted me both mornings.i would absolutely stay again in a heart beat. The beds are very much on the firm side. Which I like. Some other may not though.
