Customer Reviews
This isn't a high-end place, but if you're looking for a good value and basic amenities, this is your place. The owners are wonderful people and pets are allowed as well. It isn't perfect and the Internet is slow, but overall you're getting a clean room in a convenient location.
We were looking for a budget hotel for the night as we were just passing through. The $60 rate was good. I didn’t read the Trip Advisor reviews until after we checked in. Our room as in back in a small wing, it had a low ceiling but was clean. It looked like the headboards, stand and wall lights were new. One bath towel was even very plush. The mattresses were old and soft. We had WiFi which was a bit slow, flat screen tv and many channels. No bad. Maybe the owners are renovating the rooms?
We arrived at 10 pm, we asked for a room and I explained my husband is elderly. We were given a room for$70. The room was filthy and stunk. The toilet was falling through the floor and there was not any Hot water!! Of course we had our belongings inside before we could realize the rotten condition of the room. We barely slept, got up and out of there as soon as possible. We were able to get a shower down the road. At checkout the following morning, I explained to the owner my concerns. His reply was" you should have told me when you got the room and I would have given you a different room." My concerns are, why would he even rent it out in the first place??? Huh? Also, why would he take advantage of elderly people??? Huh? Why would he not make good on a bad deal??? Huh? I gave him the opt
Glad they put the money into a new parking lot rather than renovating the old dirty disgusting rooms. They do not wash the blankets after guests leave. They just change the sheets and that is it. I have seen the house keeper clean before. My room was nasty nasty. I didn’t even want to take a shower because it was dirty. The tub wouldn’t drain and very very small. Only had room service one day out of the entire week I stayed. Owner/manager front desk guy was very rude to me on the phone. He told me the price on phone and when I asked him to repeat what he said because I couldn’t understand him he said “I already told you everything” and got testy and hung up. and quoted me one price and when I got there it was another. Every night was a parking war between everyone. Every night the place
My lord. How one can run a motel like this is beyond me. Why would you own a motel and never set foot in any of the rooms!? The smell was terrible. I felt like I was in a closet. Dust and dirt, and at least one bed bug, water damage on the ceiling. Bed and mattress protectors NEVER CHANGED EVER. The bed/boxspring were so worn out I slipped off the bed when I tried laying down. Burn holes. Stains on everything. So bad!!!
