Best Western Inn & Suites Rutland-Killington

We stayed here for a ski trip with our two children and overall had a fantastic experience. The value for the price is hard to beat. The Room: The room was excellent—very spacious and easily accommodated up to 6 people with two double beds and a pull-out sofa in the living room. Having a kitchen was a huge plus, though it was missing a few basics like salt, pepper, and a large baking tray for the oven. One thing to note is that housekeeping is only provided upon request, which felt a bit unusual but wasn't a major issue once we knew. Location & Logistics: The hotel is about a 20-minute drive from the ski resort. It’s not right on the slopes, but it’s a manageable distance. Pro tip: Make sure your car is well-equipped for snow, as the drive can be tricky if the weather turns. Facilities

We had an excellent stay and couldn’t have been happier. It’s great for a couple or a family. The rooms are large, spacious, and very comfortable. We stayed in a one bedroom suite equipped with a kitchen, which made our visit even more convenient and enjoyable.||The service was outstanding. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus, with plenty of good options to start the day.||The location is perfect. Very close to Killington and also close to great restaurants, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the front desk team — Marissa, Stephen, and Lisa are truly exceptional! From the moment you walk in, they make you feel so welcome and taken care of. They are always friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help with anything you need. During my last stay, I mentioned I needed a noise maker, and Marissa kindly lent me a fan without hesitation. That small gesture meant so much and made my stay even more comfortable. They consistently go above and beyond, and it’s one of the main reasons I love staying here. Thank you all for being so warm, helpful, and welcoming every single time!

She is so kind, friendly, and genuinely caring. She starts our days off with warmth and smiles that make you feel right at home. Merissa at the front desk is amazing.
