Days Inn by Wyndham Rutland/Killington Area

Stayed here for multiple weeks and was honestly impressed. I was skeptical at first because of some older reviews, but my experience was great. I had a single king room — updated, very clean, and comfortable. The entire property is well-maintained with no trash lying around. The pool is heated and spotless, the sauna worked perfectly, and even the pool-area bathrooms were clean. On-site laundry takes quarters only. I plugged in my Fire Stick and had no issues streaming over the WiFi. Housekeeping stopped by daily to empty trash and refresh towels. Basic breakfast is provided every morning. Overall, a great place to stay for the price and conveniently located. I’d definitely come back.

It was quite an unsettling experience to encounter an intoxicated individual during check-in — completely unacceptable. Aside from that incident, the hotel itself is good: clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location. I strongly urge upper management and the franchise to address this issue promptly to ensure future guests do not face a similar experience.this was my second time staying

The only good part about this place is that it is so close to the mountains. The first night I couldn’t even take a shower because there was no hot water. It was freezing cold even after letting it run for 30 minutes when I went to check out there was no one at the front desk. I rang the bell four times and tried asking if anyone was in the office with no response. I asked the guy who prepares breakfast if he would be able to help me and he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Still never got anyone at the front desk asked for 20 to 30 minutes of standing there.

The rooms are huge, which is nice. The breakfast was mediocre at best, there was one waffle maker that everyone was in line for, some yogurt, some kind of danish and sausage links. No orange juice. They also advertise having a game room in the photos, they do not have a game room. It was removed during their remodel apparently. They do have an indoor pool but we did not use it. Across the street from a Taco Bell and a grocery store. Beds were firm. Room was clean though. Front desk employees are kind of standoffish but the breakfast employees were polite.
