This place a SCAMMM THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PUT YOU IN A ROACH, BEDBUG, ROACH SPRAY SMELLING DIRTY SHEETS DIRTY ROOMS YUCK ! They don’t care the situation no refunds Marsha took our cash and refused to give it back even tho she knew she he rooms were a a heath hazard. I asked for Sam who I saw from the reviews is the owner but she stated he is just a manager she stated he was not available. There was roaches and bedbugs in every room they showed us and even after I explained my health condition Marsha still refused to give me a refund. This place needs to be EXPOSED AND CONDEMNED ALL WE WANTED WAS OUR MONEY BACK WHICH WAS FAIR BUT THIS COMPANY OPERATES LIKE SCUMBAGS!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TINE OR MONEY YOU MIGHT BRING HOME ROACHES ABD BEDBUGS

Positive: The parking lot looked decent clean. Negative: Not safe. It?s a dump. Barely could securely lock the door to my room. Holes in the walls. People are high on drugs,many living there. Loud music playing all night. Roaches in the room, everywhere! The disassembled fan hanging from the bathroom ceiling.

Horrible, filthy place with roaches. No signal for tv. I wouldn’t let a dog sit on the disgusting, filthy, stained, thread bare sofa. Walls and doors were just totally gross and filthy. No mattress cover, just a thin sheet. Sheet popped off the corner of the mattress which was gross.

I wished I had read reviews before I bought a week. I feel y'all's pain and you have only good options to choose from lol fire marshall and health department will be called in the morning. Do Not Stay Here
