La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Houston Humble Atascocita

My husband and I spent 3 nights at this hotel. It was clean, the rooms were spacious and the location was close to so much. Walmart is within walking distance as is several places to eat. The breakfast at the hotel was great. Not the same hot food everyday, so good selection from biscuits and gravy and smoked sausage, to bacon, eggs, to sausage patties, eggs and potatoes. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My mom lived in Kingwood for many years, but after my dad died in 2024, my mom moved in with us in Nacogdoches, Texas. All of our family still live in Kingwood so we need to make trips down to the Kingwood area. This hotel in Atascocita has been a little home away from home for us. All of our stays have been excellent! The staff is always available for whatever we need. We also appreciate that they have 2 bedroom suites available, and they are very reasonably priced.

Positive: Location Excellent staff Negative: Room 118 bathroom entrance is dated with some rust stains on door frame. Sink faucet has low water flow and shower drain needs replacing. For such a wonderful hotel this one room needs a little attention. Ty

I stayed at this property during the holiday season with my husband and our two children. From the moment we arrived, the experience was extremely disappointing. As soon as I walked in, the air felt dirty and had a strong odor of mold and cannabis, which was very concerning, especially while traveling with children. The first night was nearly impossible to sleep because the air conditioning was not functioning properly. On top of that, I observed serious cleanliness and hygiene issues. It appeared that the housekeeping manager was training staff to clean floors using the same washcloths guests use for bathing, which is completely unacceptable. Beautiful hotel, my accessible room was amazing. Staff are wonderful, breakfast was awesome and love that coffee machine. Many thanks to the little lady who prepares breakfast. Food is wonderful and she is so sweet and friendly.
