Townsend River Breeze Inn

We enjoyed staying here for a few days. The room was very clean and comfortable. This motel is an older one that has been completely and tastefully remodeled. We will be staying here again when we return to this area. There are several restaurants close by. Access to Great Smoky Mountain National Park is near and easy without the crowds and traffic congestion that you see in other areas.

Positive: We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. They view was fantastic and the rocking chairs on the porch were a wonderful treat to sit in and relax. It may not be big, but I would prefer to stay here anytime I was in the area. Negative: ""

A hidden gem. After not finding a vacancy or overpriced due to New Year's I remembered someone recommended this place. I called and paid over the phone. I was dreading this stay, until I opened the door. I absolutely love this decor. It is warm and inviting feels like I could stay forever. This place is cleaner than a big name hotel that I stayed at the night before that was just down the road. Absolutely wonderful nights sleep in a comfortable king bed. I will be back!!!

This is now officially THE place we’ll stay in Townsend. From the wonderful gentleman at the front desk, to the tasteful decor, and clean comfortable room, I’m smitten! |Also, the shower has POWER! It’ll blast that trail grime off of you in the best way. Love this place.

My family and I traveled to the Smoky Mountains on vacation. Our first stay was in Townsend River Breeze Inn booked through Booking.com. On arrival, the motel gave me the keys to a handicap room which had a super strong odor of febreze and the back of the room smelled like urine. We requested another room, and was declined, we check-out. I had to put a dispute to the C/C to refund money booked in advanced.
