Sundown Resort

These are deeded owner occupied RV sites, some are for rent for the season and a few are for sale. Its a great way to own something just 1/2 Mile away from Smoky Mountain National Park Entrance. Built in the 70s as a campground 1st. The vibe is retro time capsule with friendly owners.

can own land in the smokies for a small price,townsend is great little town ,but just a short drive to pigeon forge,over the mountain, maybe twenty min.they have some of the best restaurants,to eat at. this is a rv place,not a hotel

We recently broke down in Graingeville and needed a place to stay. Dawn was so accommodating. Since we were not sure of the length of our stay she blocked a couple of nights until we knew how long the repairs would take. The park was clean and everyone was welcoming.

This resort is truly the peaceful side of the smokeys. Well kept, great amenities and people. Everything kept very clean and maintained. The caretaker Frank Childs is awesome and the board is wonderful. Our lot is our own piece of heaven. Close to GSMNP back entrance (1/4 mile), cades cove (6 miles), and not too far from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg 13 miles) to all the attractions they offer. Close to the missing link of the foothills parkway also. Just far enough away to still be a peaceful paradise. The lot owners really make this community so enjoyable. Nice people here, and welcoming to all. The views are outstanding as well.

Lovely campground. The ground are well kept also very quiet and peaceful.
