Townhouse Winston Salem - University

Based on reviews, y’all need to do some quality control. Price point works for budget traveler, yet not have to be surprised and stay in a dive. Do better for goodness. No feedback for 1 review in month time. No guest(s) should have to bounce through rooms to find a good one if even exist. Unacceptable as this is squarely on the manager. Cannot book with low ratings as such.

Positive: "" Negative: My room smelled like mildew, the shower fixtures was very loose and sink faucet was loose. The bed was sunk in the middle. I was very disappointed with my stay

If I could give zero stars I would. Place was falling apart. Dirty. There were cockroaches. For real. Some in the bathroom. I killed 2 on the vanity. Was told it was going though a name change from quality inn, to this new OYO group. Fence falling down. The place is in shambles. The windows at check in is all broken and shattered like someone punched it. Locks falling off the doors. Didn't look like the owner had spent a dime on it in 20 years. Just horrible, but I was stuck and would not get the money back. Stay away.

Positive: That is cheap hotel the room that was given me first ac didn’t work and the room smells humid. I went to reception they gave me another room. Microwave didn’t work in that room. I wanted to cancel my stay but they didn’t Negative: ""
