Townhouse Inn

This is where I choose to stay when visiting Omaha. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. The shower has hotter water and good pressure. There is also a full sized fridge, coffee pot and microwave. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Great hotel at a reasonable price

Room floor & toilet not clean. Door to room wasn't tight - had to use towels to keep heat, etc out. TV only had a few channels. There was a kitchenette with a sink. Hot water didn't work. One outlet cover was broken so big hole in the wall. Bathroom sink had cracks & all fixtures very dated, looked rusty. Price wasn't reasonable enough for that room. Complaints pretty much shrugged off. No price adjustment offered.

Positive: The owners seemed nice Negative: It’s really run down. Like they’re just able to keep it afloat. The poor air conditioner sounded awful but it did work. The shower faucet didn’t work but owner came and fixed that. Duct taped outlets, fridge rusty, and paint peeled all over.

This is the worst hotel at the state in Omaha I suggest not staying there I was there for almost a whole year on their extended stay side I was considered a tenant and I was behind on my rent. I was going to pay the hotel back it hadn't even been a month I didn't get a phone call saying that they were going to clean everything out of the room that I was in and tell me to come get my stuff they just threw it all in the dumpster including $1,000 MacBook that they kept a 65-in flat screen TV that they kept so they were more than caught up and had received their payment keeping those two items from my room and not calling me and telling me that they were going to throw everything in that room out when they had a working phone number for me The front desk guy his name is Chuck doesn't understan

Not good...room had a smell of mustiness; shower had no running water; TV would not connect to internet, so all you got was constant "no connection" notices; AC worked, but was very loud. It was difficult feeling safe in that hotel. I felt I had to check on my car every few hours to ensure it was still there.
