TownHouse Extended Stay Hotel Downtown

Decent location, though walking back from dinner downtown one night I realized there were no lights. Didn't make a reservation, and the man at the counter at night initially gave me a quote on the room that was about $25-30 higher than what I had seen through Hotels.com. He was able to match it after I showed him the website, so I didn't need to make a booking. The elevator was out of service. The room was a decent size, with a small living room by the door, the bathroom in the middle across from the kitchenette, and the queen bed beyond that. Everything in the unit appeared to be second hand and I assume purchased from other motels that went out of business, to include the Motel 6 info card with the check in/out times (and also stating "NO COOKING IN ROOM" despite the room coming with a s

Made reservation w credit card day before, 3 adults, 1 dog. Asked for 1st floor due to rescue dog that doesn't do stairs, elevators. Arrived and given room on 2nd floor as first floor was full . Cancelled reservation and room fees not refunded at time because manager was not there in afternoon. If no refund, will write another review. Thankfully found an accommodating motel in area but rushed to get to event in town.

The rooms are clean and spacious! The newly renovated lobby is gorgeous. The highlight would have to be the made to order breakfast with the omelette station. There are also other choices that are grab and go for breakfast. The drink selection is top tier with sodas, juices, multiple coffee and milk choices, including single serve almond milk cartons. Very pleased with this stay.

The staff, service and everything was rude we found multiple stains in the bed sheets! It definitely wasn’t a welcoming hotel at all and I will be spreading the word to make sure people don’t stay there because we are all human and should get treated with disrespectful behavior or minimalistic people

Very nice double queen room with a kitchen and all of the necessities provided, 2 TV's,great view, surprisingly quiet, friendly and fast check in, would love to stay again!!!
