Very professional and clean and respectful! Fresh breakfast everyday! Hot coffee and cold juice were a delight! Fresh water and welcoming atmosphere ! Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Additional shopping and more restaurants across the street at the mall. I also enjoyed the poolside and jacuzzi! My family also loved it! We will definitely have to go back the next time we have to go to the area.

The front desk staff is exceptional!!! I was there for a month while my husband was in the hospital. They went above and beyond to help me in anyway they could. They were kind and understanding thru a variety of different situations. The rest of the staff was also good, courteous, and helpful. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, and having the ability to do laundry was very helpful. I liked that in the laundry I could use my credit card. I had been at another Marriot and had to get change anytime I needed to do laundry. The location is convenient for groceries and restaurants. I would highly recommend this location.

Our two room suite was clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. We were traveling with a dog and there was ample room for her portable kennel. The pet area was ample, with a nice seating area. It was also near a smoking area, however we never saw anyone out there smoking. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We booked our January trip prior to leaving since we were very happy with the service and quality of the stay.

The staff are all very friendly, the whole facility is very clean. The pool area is also nice. I will say at least during my stay the elevator closest to the lobby is a little slow, but other than that everything else was great. Plenty of restaurants very near. Jersey Mike's, Panda Express, Baskin Robins all are just across the parking lot, Famous Dave's BBQ, Olive Garden, Red Lobster to name a few are all within walking distance. I didn't see people walking around outside high or drunk, or sleeping on the sidewalks either.

Unbelievably terrible service here. I was staying a few weeks for work and had to extend my stay a week. The manager is the one who extended My reservation and charged my card then a few days later they call me saying I have to check out. I went to the front desk and explained i extended my reservation with the manager but the manager would not come out to talk to me. The person at the desk said I had to leave or move to a downgraded room because they had a big group. I tried to show them my card had already been changed but they said it did not matter. After going back and forth for a while I was able to stay in the room I paid for. Then the next day the same thing happened because apparently the manager and front desk workers don't know how to extend reservations.There is a lot of good h
