Hilton Garden Inn Ontario/Rancho Cucamonga

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in years. My room key randomly deactivated, and when I went to the front desk, every response I got was the same generic script with zero real solutions. I brought up all the issues I experienced, and the staff still acted like they were reading from a cue card. The food prices are ridiculous. $12 for a tiny sliver of cheesecake, and the kids’ mac and cheese is also $12, even though most hotels charge $5–$6 for the same thing. At that price, it might as well be the bulk Kraft stuff you get at Costco. They give you a $10 food credit and no parking credit, even though comparable hotels offer $15 for food and $10 for parking. The room was just as bad. The mattress was way too soft, the pillows were flat, and there were bugs inside the light fixtur

This operation (Hilton Garden Inn) exceeded all of my expectations!!! Staff was great, maid service was second to none, rooms were impeccably clean and our breakfast server/greeter Rengie completed this top notch review. In the morning, I wasn’t feeling well and could tell my throat was gonna be a issue. Rengie went out of her way to provide amazing service to see me feel better. I was extremely grateful to her!!!!! She was beyond amazing!!! I totally recommend this establishment whole heartedly!!!!

 Clean good location slight bit of damage in the bathroom but nothing to worry about 

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and overall it was a solid stay, but not without some downsides. The biggest issue was housekeeping. We requested room service during our stay and it never happened, which was disappointing, especially for a multi night stay. The location is convenient and honestly one of the better parts of the experience. It’s very close to Ontario Airport, and while that’s great, it’s surprising there’s no airport shuttle offered. The hotel is right next to Ontario Mills, with plenty of nearby food options like BJ’s, Olive Garden, In N Out, and easy access to a Costco gas station, which is very convenient if you’re traveling or road tripping. I stayed here while traveling for business and had a great experience. The morning staff went above and beyond, I was short on time and couldn’t sit for breakfast, and they promptly prepared a to-go box for me. It made my morning so much easier. Truly appreciate the kindness and efficiency. ❤️
