Sanctity Hotel Rancho Cucamonga, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The good: Staff was very kind and genuinely tried to help. The hotel itself is cute and seems well maintained. We appreciated being moved to a different room when a last-minute cancellation opened up. The bad: Check-in is 4 PM, but our room wasn’t ready until 5:30 PM. Something I’ve never experienced at other hotels. The noise from the rooftop bar is INSANE. I measured 75–85 decibels inside the room. For reference, OSHA guidelines state that prolonged exposure to 85 decibels requires hearing protection. Front desk said there is nothing they can do and the music will continue until midnight. The solution was "white noise machine and ear plugs". To top it off, the hotel charged my incidental card for the full stay even though I had already prepaid through a third-party site. There was no

I was not sure what to expect given the mixed reviews but I really liked this hotel. The staff were kind and went above and beyond for me, the room was very clean and comfortable and all the lighting surprises were fun to discover. Bed was not the most comfortable but fine, I know that is personal taste. Tons of shelves which I loved. Everything needed for a decent stay including luxe toiletries, robes & slippers. Only thing I would have liked was a magnifying mirror in the bathroom, that would have been very helpful getting ready for my event. Overall I highly recommend but note the rooftop bar was not open during my stay so I did not have to deal with the noise as mentioned in other reviews.

Ok ok so it’s last min catch, I missed my flight out of Ontario and missed my flight. So I stayed at this adorable hotel, I checked in the reception was nice check in was easy it was a Monday and not only are the rooms exquisite but they’re equipped with everything to a suit steamer, the bed was comfortable the shower space was dope and it has a fridge along with robes and slippers I went to the gym and it’s equip with everything you need for an amazing it also has an Inferred sauna on the 2nd floor!! .. I called a friend and we ate at the Casa Restaurant in the property.. the food was as amazing as the whole hotel.. I want to come Bck and check out the Rooftop one weeķend!! I rate this place 10 stars

Rooms are very nice. Fancy vibe. Nice restaurant. But what the heck is with them following you around or watching you like you're not trusted? We were walked to the elevator like we are school children...that was so uncomfortable and unnecessary. I get that they may be trying to provide what "looks like" good service but that's definitely not the way. It's creepy and feels like you don't trust your guests. I've never been made to feel that way in the nicer high end hotels.

My stay at the Sanctity has been amazing. The rooms are comfortable, stylish, and super clean. The service has been absolutely stellar. Especially, thanks to Virginia and Ryan at the front desk. They have gone above and beyond to be welcoming and incredibly accommodating to me and my family. Our experience has been so positive that we extended our stay an additional 2 nights. We will definitely be returning for another stay here.
