Homewood Suites by Hilton Ontario-Rancho Cucamonga

Loved and enjoyed my stay here. Staff and employees were very welcoming and friendly. The area is nice will lots of restaurants to eat at as well as the Ontario Mills across the street. Breakfast is always fresh and delicious at the hotel as well. And overall my stay was great!

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Clean and renovated rooms. Breakfast was hot and had plenty of options. Will be back!

Rooms were decent, although a little tired. But the service here was a major problem. When we checked in, the clerk was great. But other than that… 1) On Saturday, they forgot to make up our room. When we called Sunday to make sure we got it that day, they said they were too busy with checkouts to add our room to their schedule but they’d clean it Monday - the day we were checking out. We said that doesn’t work. They said “Oh well. Sorry.” 2) I used their blow dryer; it was so loud. And it caused the smoke alarm to go off for several minutes. Did they call to check if there was a fire? No. 3) We called to ask for a new hair dryer due to their broken one. They said “Stop by the front desk - we’ve got plenty.” Okay but geez, couldn’t they bring it to us since we were still getting ready?

Room I had was freshly renovated and it was comfortable. Anytime I have to stay over a weekend i try to get a Homewood Suites or similar. Sometimes I just want cook for myself. Then time there were to many excellent walkable restaurants around the hotel and I didn't even scratch the surface. I will stay again.
