Four Points by Sheraton Ontario-Rancho Cucamonga

Positive: Nothing in particular. Negative: The TV in our room did not work and I woke up with difficulty breathing and an obvious allergic reaction to pet dander. There had been dogs or cats in there recently, and it hadn?t been cleaned well enough to keep me from being vastly affected.

Traveled to the area with a large team for our spring training trip. The staff welcomed our group efficiently and enthusiastically. Rooms were ready for our arrival and our team room was clean and ready each morning for breakfast and film review. Staff was always so kind and accommodating whether we needed printing, directions, local suggestions, or even washing of water bottles! We are so appreciative of our excellent stay here - thank you!

My partner and I celebrated my birthday/week get away and from the moment we checked in we were taken care of. This started with Philippe at the front desk. He immediately recognized it was my birthday and treated us to breakfast in the morning. Such an amazing wow moment. His generosity and kindness went a long way. At breakfast we were greeted by the most sweetest server Perla, her attentiveness & service was a stand out to me! The cook Saulo made the BEST basic breakfast not so basic, it was outstanding. Plus not to add it was the quickest food service I’ve ever received at a hotel. The quality plus fast service? What more could you ask for. Best stay ever!! I hope this get to their managers they deserve an amazing shout out for the service we received!

Stayed here to break up a long drive. We booked with Priceline but there's always some sort of communication breakdown when using Priceline, thus the room we thought we booked wasn't available but the front desk gave us a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room so that we could get a king bed. This must have been a suite because it was pretty big and on the top floor. We also thought breakfast was included because of our search filters but that also wasn't the case. So Priceline may not always be accurate. Regardless we had a nice and comfortable stay. There was plenty of parking, the hotel and rooms were clean, and lots of free coffee. Would stay here again.

I have stayed at this hotel twice recently and both times have been a great experience. I want to point out that I stay more than 100 nights at Marriott brand hotels even on a light business year so I have experienced a lot which leads me to writing this email of endorsement to the staff on my stay of 12/21-12/22. Kory at the front desk was one of the most professional and inviting Marriott front desk workers I have dealt with and Perla who was running the breakfast area provided the best service and was a great pleasure to talk to. Both are top notch employees in my long book of all kinds of encounters and if I was their manager would feel great to have them on my team.
