TownePlace Suites by Marriott Omaha West

This place is a dump! Outside of hotel is filthy. AC was not working in public spaces. Was first told they were over-booked for 2 bedroom suite and tried to talk me into two separate rooms. Turned out they had one suite left so they put us in it. Room smelled old/musty. Furniture old and grimy. Mattresses are extremely old, and severely cave in the middle of the bed. My shoulder still hurts 5 days later. Wrote a complaint to Marriott and they referred back to hotel property. All they did was send me 5000 Marriott points (worth $60) without any call. $60 worth of points doesn't mean squat when I spent nearly $200 for a room/suite. This hotel is awful!

Positive: "" Negative: Furniture was thread bare and stained. Showerhead barely worked and bed wasn’t comfortable. Breakfast area was extremely small and had very little food available as most items were not replenished. Worst Marriott property we’ve ever stayed at!

Tasha at the front desk was absolutely delightful! She went and and beyond at check in for me! I arrived early and she did everything to accommodate my early check in! Great customer service! Her hospitality was 5 star and beyond! I will not stay anywhere else except Townplace suite when I’m in Omaha! Thank for your exceptional customer service Tasha!

I stayed at TownePlace Suites for a week while traveling from California, and I couldn’t have picked a better place. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel so welcome. Aimee and Tasha were absolutely wonderful — always kind, helpful, and available whenever I needed anything. I honestly looked forward to seeing them every morning to say hello. Breakfast was always fresh with so many great options, and my room had such a cozy, home-like feeling. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. This hotel really made my week so much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you to everyone there for making me feel right at home — I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in town!

I stayed a week and really enjoyed my stay. Everyone was super nice and the place was easy in and out. There was a great donut shop (pettites pastries) and bar (green onion lounge) within walking distance and overall the rooms were nice and big. Overall just a great experience.
