TownePlace Suites by Marriott Little Rock West

For the price you get what you pay for. Pros- breakfast was okay, but only one waffle maker and line was long. Eggs were descent and sausage was good. Room set up was great and big table inside room. Cons- definitely on the rougher side of a nice stay. It was hot and ac wouldn't stay on. There was a cockroach in the kitchen. However, sheets were clean, no bugs around bed. Shower was hot. We paid 136 for a night. I personally think this hotel shouldn't be more than 94 a night. Probably around 80 bucks a night. Overall good but not great. If your "fancy" its not for you.

This place was awful - best advice- look elsewhere than Marriott. They were "out" of shower soap or small soaps for bathroom sinks in both of our rooms. That's all staff had to say...killed a cockroach in my daughter's suite next door. Breakfast was very mediocre. CALLED CORPORATE for some remediation - they offered almost nothing after several phone calls. We will NEVER stay at another Marriott after this.

Positive: The rooms were large and had stoves in them. Negative: I had a big roach crawl across my face and chest. There were ants in the bathroom, when we moved to another room, the bed and pillows had stains on them. There was hair all over the sheets. Elevator smelled of urine. Floors always needed vacuuming. Etc

Wait, what? This is a 3 star hotel with an 8+ guest rating? There’s no way. The cabinet doors are falling off the hinges. The toilet seat slides around everywhere. When you sit on the toilet, get ready to scrape the hide off your skin when you hit the paper holder on the way down. The paint on the walls is peeled off. The bathroom floor is sticky. So gross, Marriott Bonvoy. I thought you were better than that.

This place is awesome if you want to spend hundreds of dollars to sleep with roaches! If you like unprofessional desk service staff this is the place for you! If you like dirty ripped up comforters this place is literally perfect for you im not kidding. I was going to write a long review honestly not worth it. They know they have roaches and bad staff they refuse to improve. This message is to warn future guests so your time, money and vacation will not be ruined like mine. You can stay at a cleaner motel for cheaper for the same service as this, probably with less roaches too. The roaches was literally walking down the hallways with me.
