TownePlace Suites by Marriott Great Falls

First off, a huge thanks to Stephanie for her amazing service! She totally deserves an A+! So attentive, nice, and easy to talk to. The hotel is brand spanking new! It was super clean, modern, and even had that new smell still! I got a fantastic balcony view of the Missouri River and the area around it, and it was so peaceful and quiet. The beds are comfy, and the balcony chairs were soft. Lots of food options close by too, like Qdoba, Panda Express in the same parking lot, and Jersey Mike's, Tasty Hotpot and Buffalo Wild Wings not far away. I'd totally stay here again!

It’s a very clean establishment, the front desk. People are very nice and helpful and it is in a beautiful location next to the river. ||It would be an incredible place unless you value sleep . They place a smoke detector right above you in your bed with an extremely bright green light that flashes every 10 seconds so it’s almost like you get a strobe light effect all night which really isn’t awesome. You have zero control over the thermostat, I like to have the fan running for some airflow and white noise, but no matter how hard I tried I could not get it to turn on..||Overall, the best part were the trains that would come by and lay on their horn for 30 seconds right outside your window, that was pretty rad. Especially at 2:45 AM.

Seems like a new hotel. Very clean and modern. Check-in was friendly and efficient. The room descriptions via the Bonvoy app are misleading. If you click on "room details" the details listed are for the hotel, not the room. We didn't realize this and had booked a studio with pictures of an oven only to find out that the studio rooms do not have an oven, only the 1BR suites do (and only some of them). Management was kind enough to move us to a 1BR suite so that we could have the use of the oven on which we had planned. It's worth noting that all of the studio rooms have an open shower where the shower opening is only half-enclosed by a fixed glass panel. I don't know who thought that was a good idea, but they must like cold showers! We will never book that room type again. The 1BR suites h

Brand new building, right next to river. Staff was friendly, breakfast was free and ok. My room was spotless, which I greatly appreciated and the TVs are nice quality + have access to streaming platforms. My room had a nice kitchen and storage. I will definitely be staying here going forward.

I loved the rooms, the balcony was great but the train can be a little loud. only downside was the floors and walls are thin, you can hear the upstairs neighbors and whatever going on in hallways or nextdoors. I really enjoyed the breakfast, there was a nice lady who helped us out with the waffle batter.
