I am beyond disgusted by my stay at this property. I woke up in the middle of the night to discover bedbugs crawling on the mattress and headboard. After turning on the lights and inspecting the seams of the bedding, it was clear that there was a full-blown infestation in my room. It is completely unacceptable for a Marriott-branded hotel to have such a massive failure in basic hygiene and pest control protocols. This wasn't just a minor oversight; it was a hazardous and traumatizing situation that ruined my trip and put my personal belongings at risk of being infested as well. The management’s handling of the situation was equally disappointing. When I brought the evidence to the front desk, there was no sense of urgency or genuine apology for the physical and emotional distress caused.

This is a long overdue review for this amazing hotel. We had a child lose her stuffed animal (as she left it in the bed) while we were driving cross country. I literally called every hotel along our route thinking it was a lost cause to find this thing. Wouldn't you know it, the lovely cleaning crew found the small baby bear in the sheets (pretty sure it got washed). Instead of dumping it, they saved it and it sat in the Lost and Found. Nick, the manager, was very communicative and was SO KIND to send it to us in Florida free of charge. This is literally the kind of customer service I expect from a 5 Star hotel. Kudos to Nick and the rest of the amazing staff at this hotel! In addition, the hotel was clean, served breakfast and was quiet. It fit our needs for a cross country stop.

I stayed two different weeks at this hotel both coming & going. They couldn't have been more accommodating during both stays. My dogs were welcome, there were nice clean spaces for them outside, & housekeeping was great. The breakfast is the best served at any TownePlace Suites I've stayed at so far. I'd highly recommend this hotel to others and would stay again myself. The value is incredible & it's in a convenient location.

By far the best place I’ve stayed anywhere in the country. The rooms have walk in closets, full fridge, and everything in a kitchen including dishwashers! It’s very clean and perfect for my job when traveling as a nurse. I’m extremely happy and housekeeping is exceptional.

I had the most wonderful stay here. I wasn’t expecting this level of quality for the price I paid ($167). I paid for a one bed suite, and received a full capacity kitchen, roomy office area, luxurious bathroom, and a spacious and comfy bed! I also had a huge window overlooking a pleasant cityscape. Five stars also for breakfast service, there were quality options and the breakfast lounge was clean and orderly! Overall a great stay, highly recommend. Would stay again.
