Best Western Tower West Lodge

We just finished a 9 night stay. I have nothing but good things to say. We had 3 dogs with us and we were put back kinda by ourselves which I’m sure are the rooms designed for pets and it was perfect. The door to take them out was super close to our room and we could also park right outside that door as well. We didn’t end up using the pool but peaked in on it and it was beautiful. We did order food a few times from the restaurant and picked it up to take back to the room and it was all delicious! Oh and our room came with a drink ticket food for a drink every night we stayed. Front desk staff were super friendly as well! As was the housekeepers and maintenance men that were around periodically working on some remodel I assume. 5 stars

The place is huge! We stayed in room 2108, right across from the pool entrance. The room was clean and the size was okay (if the dresser was moved back six inches towards the wall, there would be lot more space). Outlets were few and far between. The microwave sits and the desk and takes up a lot of space. The carpet is old and needs replacing. The toilet is super low, but the water pressure in the shower was amazing. The A/C was quiet, but did not cool the room enough! The beds were too hard for us. |There is no breakfast included (coffee, tea and cookies are available); one can have breakfast and dinner at the attached restaurant.

Polite desk staff. Hotel is in great location, rooms are clean and spacious, beds are clean comfortable. All amenities. Located next to a restaurant as well as in close proximity to other food/eating options. Fuel station near by. Very nice atmosphere. Will definitely stay again when in Gillette.

If you can I would honestly just choose a different hotel. Nothing went wrong during my stay, but I would rather have had a pleasant experience rather than a, "Well technically nothing happened," experience. If you are traveling alone I would choose a different hotel. The layout did not make me feel very safe, although I was fortunate to not have any problems. The rooms and building are all very "budget travel" and not as comfortable and welcoming as other best westerns I have stayed with. The on site restaurant is cheap and I was served food of good quality for that price range.
