Holiday Inn Express & Suites Gillette by IHG

Elizabeth was a bad ass and reserved my room with me being only 90 miles away. She was very professional and courteous. The rooms and hotel just finished renovation and it a damn good one from other Holiday Inns from the past. Traveling to Lompoc, CA. So this was my first stop from Minot, North Dakota. Area looks bustling and good choice of food around the area. There also a high school and track team currently staying and honestly...it extremely quiet! So the walls are good! Bathroom was pristine, the shower head was damage upon initial inspection but I will pass thos on to Elizabeth. All in all, I would defintely stay again, I cant wait for breakfast!

Outstanding check in process with Rihanna. Very kind and welcoming and professional. I got a great room at a very affordable rate. The room is spotlessly clean. I'm so glad I chose to stop here for a good nights rest. I definitely will be back when I'm in the area or passing through. Thank you for the warm welcome.

Very impressed!|We don't usually stay at a Holiday Inn but due to the location and out needs we stayed and boy were we impressed. The room was 5 star! The bed was high quality, room size was huge, bathroom was clean and large. I can't say enough. The quality for the price I will be going to other Holiday Inn's in the future.

We had a long drive between states; however, our stay in Gillette made it all worthwhile. From check-in to check-out, everything was wonderful. The front desk was friendly and adjusted our stay for a first floor room. The room was clean, spacious, and provided an environment of rest and relaxation. The bath/shower was clean and had all amenities available. The next morning we participated in the free breakfast, which was amazing, with things being cooked fresh. We would definitely stay here again as we travel from North Dakota to California regularly.

The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very nice. Staff was attentive and kind. The only complaint I had was the lack of curtains. There is a thin blind over the window but the lights from the parking lot and cars were very bright in the room at night.
