I stayed here for 5 nights as a Titanium member for work. I did not receive a full housekeeping service during my stay. The most I received was fresh towels and the trash taken out just once. That was after I went out my way to the front desk twice requesting the service (the front desk staff was pleasant). They did not change the sheets nor clean the tub, because I walked in seeing a used wash cloth in the tub. I ended up getting breakouts on my face since the sheets were not changed.

I had a great stay. The location was perfect for my visit, especially being so close to Shands and the Mall. The hotel was spotless, the entire property was very clean and well maintained. My room was comfortable, and I really appreciated how quiet and relaxing it felt. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with good options to start the day right. I also want to give a special thanks to Nina at the front desk. She was kind and welcoming. And kudos to Clarence, the manager, he was courteous, and helpful. Both made my stay feel even more enjoyable.

The room was big, comfortable, and fairly clean. I wasn't a fan of the layout—the bed faces the shower directly, and while the sink is located outside the bathroom, the counter space is very tiny. On the plus side, the hotel is kept clean and they offer free coffee in the lobby all day. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, but it's a decent stay overall.

SHAYLA was professional, kind, knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and best of well best of all transparent. She made me feel like I was at home, safe sound, and secure. She also got me the senior citizen discount which she didn’t have to, but I am old and decrepit. Charles Baird, physical therapist, athletic trainer, Board certified technician in EMT and a pretty good guy overall.
