TownePlace Suites by Marriott Fredericksburg

This is an older hotel and could use a remodel, but kitchen and pet-friendly features were perfect for our needs. That being said, the dog park area was so dirty we would not have even considered taking our dog inside. It definitely needs attention. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We brought dinner ready to heat in the microwave and on the stove, and were pleasantly surprised at how well-stocked the kitchen was. There was even a dishwasher. The only thing missing was a roll of paper towels. The hotel is very quiet and easy to access from I-95. We travel this route often and definitely will plan to stay here in the future.

My stay at TownePlace Suites Fredericksburg was outstanding! The staff truly made the experience memorable Zo, Nadya, Amber, Lexi, Charles, Nicole, and Jaylinne went above and beyond with their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for guests. Yog, the breakfast attendant, deserves special recognition for starting each morning with a warm smile and great service. The manager showed so much compassion during our stay, which made us feel valued and cared for. What meant the most to me was knowing my dog was safe and well looked after. The team always kept a smile on their face, creating a welcoming and home-like atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the property felt safe and inviting. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fredericksburg the staff here

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly and cheerful. The room was spacious and comfortable... bed, pillows, bathroom. Our room had full size refrigerator with large freezer, large microwave, oven, stove and dishwasher. Will definitely stay here again

Hotel is very old. However, from the time you walk in the welcome is warm and very welcoming. Nadya at the front desk is very kind and accommodating. The rooms are very quaint and cozy. The breakfast lady is very nice and made breakfast not just breakfast but an experience. My husband and I are locals but like to frequent hotels as a getaway from our busy home life. We always have a great time when we visit.

I have called and spoke to a lady several times trying to get an important letter to my Fiancée staying here long term for work. I called today and spoke to a lady named Amber. She was incredibly rude and could not even confirm if my letter had showed up. When previously the other lady was so kind and helpful seeing if my letter ever showed up yet. Do better Amber, my name is on the letter and still refused to give any information.
