Residence Inn by Marriott Fredericksburg

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were clean, staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. My room was spacious and there’s was even a large fridge, microwave and pull out sofa. I came here for a work event. The staff made sure our meeting room was spotless.

When I was looking for a hotel stay, Residence Inn was perfect to book for me because it accommodates travelers more than 2 in a room. I kept looking at rooms to decide to book, and every room presented to me online by their website, continued showing photo of walk in shower with bench and hand rails. This was another reason I was impressed with booking. I traveled with disabled. Was looking forward to the shower. I did not get a walk in shower in my room, so no shower taken. Left feeling some deception happened. All rooms were booked and was told the hotel only has about 5 of those type rooms. The breakfast is good. Bring a tray to help take your food in your room if not wanting the table lounge. Bring a cardboard cup holder too for multiple coffees and juices. Breakfast closes

The worst Marriott I have ever stayed at. Exceptionally rude staff, particularly Taylor at the front desk and Tammy Mullenax, the so called manager. They both should be fired and blacklisted from the hotel industry The place is filthy. There is a considerable amount of un picked up dog feces on the ground surrounding the hotel. Stingy with toilet paper. Lied about cleaning the room. Both of my children caught bad stomach type flus when we stayed at the hotel. I didnt see many kids while we were there. The hotel seemed kid unfriendly. Mario was overly inquisitive and harrassed my children.

Positive: The rooms were spacious and clean. Negative: Thr bed was way to soft. The staff were not very friendly.

Stopped here on the way back home. Nice hotel with clean and updated rooms. The individual that checked us in way super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. He truly went out of his way to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. They had a decent breakfast and plenty of parking. It is also conveniently located off of I-95 and there a plenty of restaurants in the area.
